These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mrjetskimiami.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by EF OUTDOOR SOLUTIONS DBA Miami Elite Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, making a reservation, or participating in any activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to rent or operate a jet ski.
   
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
   
• A credit or debit card may be required for deposits, incidentals, or damage authorization.
   
• Operators may be required to complete a safety briefing and waiver prior to participation.
   

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who appears impaired, unsafe, or non-compliant with safety rules.

• All reservations are subject to availability.
   
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
   
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
   
• Promotional rates, discounts, or packages may have additional restrictions.
   

By making a reservation, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time to receive a refund, unless otherwise stated at booking.
   
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
   

• Failure to arrive on time or failure to check in will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
   

• Reservations may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or government-mandated closures.
   
• Light rain or overcast conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
   

• All participants must follow local, state, and federal boating laws and all safety instructions provided.
   
• Reckless operation, racing, intoxication, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
   
• Participants are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear caused during use.
   

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Jet ski and water-sport activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, collision, drowning, or property damage.

By participating, you:

• Voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity
   
• Release and hold harmless Miami Elite Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, except where prohibited by law
   

Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to operation.

You agree to be responsible for:

• Damage to equipment
   
• Loss or theft of equipment
   
• Excessive cleaning fees
   
• Towing or recovery fees caused by misuse or negligence
   

We reserve the right to charge your payment method for applicable costs.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, videos, and design elements, is the property of Miami Elite Rentals  or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
   
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service
   

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Elite Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Site or services
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Your negligent or unlawful conduct
   

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the 

updated Terms.
