How old do I have to be to drive an ATV?
Drivers must be 16 years or older and must bring a valid photo ID.
How old do passengers have to be?
Passengers must be at least 3 years old.
Can two people ride on one ATV?
Yes. Two people may share one ATV as long as the combined weight does not exceed 350 lbs.
What is the maximum weight per ATV?
The maximum combined weight is 350 lbs per ATV.
How much is the remaining balance for Groupon reservations?
Your Groupon covers the promotional portion of the experience. There is an additional balance due per ATV, not per person:
- Daytime Off-Road ATV Tour: $75 per ATV
- Glow-in-the-Dark ATV Tour: $75 per ATV
The additional balance and applicable terms are stated in the Groupon offer description.
If two people share an ATV, do we both pay the remaining balance?
No. The remaining balance is charged per ATV, not per person.
For example, if two guests share one ATV on the Daytime Tour, the remaining balance is $80 total for that ATV.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Reservations are required. We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays.
Does purchasing a Groupon automatically reserve my time?
No. Purchasing a Groupon does not automatically create a reservation.
You must contact us to select an available date and time and provide your Groupon voucher information. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting dirty. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended.
Depending on trail and weather conditions, you may encounter mud, dirt, dust, or water.
Are the ATVs automatic?
Yes. Our ATVs are designed to be easy to operate, including for many first-time riders.
Do I need ATV experience?
No experience is required. Our team provides a safety briefing and basic operating instructions before your tour.
What happens if it rains?
ATV tours can operate in many weather conditions, and a little rain can make the trails even more fun.
Operations may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled when weather conditions create a safety concern.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour to allow enough time for check-in, waivers, payment, and the safety briefing.
What happens if I'm late?
Tours operate on a schedule. Late arrivals may miss their scheduled tour and may be subject to cancellation, particularly on busy weekends and holidays.
Please account for Miami traffic and arrive early.
Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All adult participants must complete a waiver.
For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the minor waiver and add the participating minors.
What should I bring?

Will I get dirty?
Most likely! This is an off-road experience. Depending on the conditions, expect dirt, mud, dust, and possibly water.
Do you sell anything to help keep us clean?
We may have items such as ski masks, shoe covers, and ponchos available for purchase, subject to availability.
Are helmets provided?
Required safety equipment is provided for the ATV experience. Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the guides.
Can I bring my phone?
Yes, but you are responsible for your personal belongings. We strongly recommend securing your phone before riding.
Can I take pictures and videos?
Absolutely. Photos and videos are encouraged when it is safe to do so. Do not use your phone while actively operating the ATV.
Can we ride however we want?
No. This is a guided ATV experience. All riders must remain with the group, follow the designated route, maintain a safe distance, and follow the guide's instructions at all times.
Unsafe or reckless riding may result in the rider being removed from the tour.
Can we switch drivers?
Driver changes may be permitted only with approval from your guide, and every driver must meet the age and ID requirements.
What happens if someone damages an ATV?
Guests may be held responsible for damage caused by reckless operation, misuse, ignoring guide instructions, or violating safety rules.
Are alcohol or drugs allowed before riding?
No. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to operate an ATV.
Do you offer private or group experiences?
